如何选购合适的视频会议摄像头？

在视频会议系统的采购当中，除了需要采购视频会议系统本身外，一般还需要采购相应的视频采集设备，在我们视频会议领域，视频采集设备可以是摄像头或者摄像机，而摄像机的价格一般都会比摄像头高许多。

会议摄像头作为多媒体会议系统重要的采集设备，在会议系统中占有重要的作用。目前会议摄像系统分为会场摄像和跟踪摄像。通常由图像采集、图像传输、图像处理和图像显示部分组成。图像采集部分可由摄像机、摄像机云台、解码器、支架等组成。图像传输部分可由传输线缆组成。图像处理部分可由视频分配器、视频矩阵切换器、控制主机（含软件）、控制键盘等组成。图像显示部分可由各种显示设备组成。会议摄像跟踪系统具有自动跟踪摄像功能，即任何一位发言代表打开代表机后，摄像机会根据预设的位置自动拍摄发言人图像，拍摄角度及范围亦可事先设定。会议室内可安装若干台带有高速云台及变焦镜头的半球形一体化摄像机，以保证每位与会者都至少可被一台摄像机拍摄到正面图像，由哪一台摄像机进行跟踪拍摄可预先设定。当一台摄像机进行跟踪拍摄时，另一台即自动拍摄会场全景。矩阵切换器可为球形摄像机提供多大60个预置位置，并根据中央控制器发出的代表机开启信号驱动摄像机到达预置位置。会议摄像系统既可通过预设位置自动定位，又可由手动控制键盘控制其云台转动、变焦变距等，还可由只能控制系统的触摸屏控制上述功能。

视频会议摄像头常见问题解决办法：

　（一）会议摄像机通电无动作、无图像---这类问题一般是由供电故障、开关电源故障、电源线插头松动造成的，较为简单。用户可以通过排除供电故障，插紧电源线插头加以解决。

（二）会议摄像机在应用过程中自检无法进行或是伴有噪声---对于此类问题，用户可以首先检查电源线是否松动，因为电源线松动容易造成电源功率不够，直接导致问题的产生。如果并非电源线松动，那就很可能是机械故障，用户需要将产品送去检修。 

（三）实际应用中，会议摄像机不受遥控器控制----一般说来，这一问题主要是由遥控器电池电量不足或使用距离过远造成的，用户可以通过更换遥控器电池和调整使用距离加以解决。

（四）会议摄像机旋转时摄像机图像丢失----一般说来，这一问题主要因为电源功率不够或是摄像机视频线接触不良引起的，用户可以通过检查电源线插头是否松动以及更换视频线加以解决。

Solution to common problems with video conferencing cameras:
（1） The conference camera has no action or image when powered on - this type of problem is generally caused by power supply failure, switch power failure, or loose power cord plug, which is relatively simple. Users can solve power supply problems by plugging in the power cord tightly.
（2） During the application process, the conference camera cannot perform self inspection or is accompanied by noise - for such problems, users can first check whether the power cord is loose, as loose power cords can easily cause insufficient power, directly leading to the problem. If the power cord is not loose, it is likely a mechanical fault and the user needs to send the product for maintenance. 
（3） In practical applications, conference cameras are not controlled by the remote control - generally speaking, this problem is mainly caused by the low battery power of the remote control or the use distance being too long. Users can solve it by replacing the remote control battery and adjusting the use distance.
（4） When the conference camera rotates, the camera image is lost - generally speaking, this problem is mainly caused by insufficient power supply or poor contact of the camera video cable. Users can solve it by checking whether the power cable plug is loose and replacing the video cable.
